Evans Conference Room

Lights:
There is a light dimmer switch next to both doorways.  The dimmer switch panel near the South door can be opened to access dimming switches for individual zones.

Screen:
The projector screen can be raised and lowered using the switch on the wall to the left of the screen.  The screen automatically lowers when the middle projector is turned on.

Projector(s):
One Panasonic remote (black) will control all three projectors independently, corresponding to which projector the remote is pointed at.

Laptop:
Connect your laptop using the HDMI cable (preferred) at either podium, or at center of first row of audience.  Alternatively, a VGA cable is also available at the same locations.  There is one backup VGA cable underneath the Left Podium (West) that can be used by changing the source on the projector, using the remote control.
 

Workstation:
There is a Windows7 PC inside the Left Podium (West,) and a Apple Macmini in the Right Podium (East.)

To route a computer to a projector, access the controls from the black cabinet, near the workbench at the South end of the room.

1. Turn on the projector using the black Panasonic remote at the podium. (Projectors may take 5-10 minutes to warm up.)
2. Press the ROUTE button.
3. Select the source.
4. Select the destination.
5. Press ENTER to confirm.
