Join a vibrant multidisciplinary research team of computer scientists,
physicists, and mathematicians in suburban Chicago and discover
parallel scalable algorithms for analysis, visualization, and data
management of ptychography in synchrotron light sources at Argonne
National Laboratory and other US National Labs. The resulting software
will leverage multi-core/GPU clusters and supercomputing facilities to
perform near real-time reconstruction of ptychography datasets.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge in C/C++
programming under Unix/Linux and experience in data analysis, optics

Experience in software development for parallel computing is a plus.
Candidates should have earned a Ph.D. in computer science within the
past three years.
