Who to Contact if You Need Help
Send your problem via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your e-mail address if mailing from a Web browser.
Doing so, you will receive an automated response indicating that a ticket has been generated. Your problem will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Should you need to refer to the problem again, please refer using the ticket number you've received. Please don't include cc email addresses, if you need other people cc'd on your ticket please list then in the email when you sent it. This prevents multiple tickets being created on the same issue.
Phone Support and Help Desk
While we prefer that you use the email interface, if you find it more convenient you may call any of the system adminitsrators offices directlly.
If you would like to be notified of changes in the facility (e.g. system downtimes, software upgrades etc.) please subscribe to the email@example.com mailing list.
